Men have a greater capacity for violence because men have a greater capacity for violence. Literally.

Women can't exact violence to the same degree as men because they are physically weaker, have a lower mental capacity for spacial awareness and the tactical awareness that comes with that and are just plain incompetent in general in all things violence (aside from rage, they have plenty of rage - can't put it to use though).

It is NO MORAL HIGH GROUND to abstain from doing something because you simply can't do it - you only get to take the moral high ground when you have a tremendous capacity for violence but chose not to exercise it (like white men are doing right now).

Also, and retaking the main point of the discussion, women doesn't do that kind of stuff because they don't care about it. Women mainly care by they feelings, while men go beyond that. Just ask yourself, how many women have done something important, and then ask you the same with men instead. Most women doesn't care about politics, economics, society, etc. In the past they used their time to be on home with his children. Now they waste their time on social media and shit like that. They almost never do something relevant or important to a big collective of people. And even if they want, they will still lacking of will to do something like that. Go and kill a lot of people can be bad, but not easy. And hard stuff is something incompatible with women.
