I used to go to Baltimore once a year for a convention (Otakon) in the inner harbor, and the place became more and more shitty each year.

I visited Baltimore as a foreign tourist just to see what it's like.

Sure it's infested and dangerous, but there's a lot of neat stuff there. Fell's Point and the heights were pretty great. There's a lot of decay though because nobody goes into the city centre at night due to terrible town planning.
