Did the Egyptians know what the brain looked like in a cross section? Ya probably. They probably saw enough of it through war or through cutting up bodies. IF the Egyptians wanted to draw a fucking brain, they would know what the Medulla Oblongata looked like. Also, if they wanted to draw a brain, they would probably include some of the other large obvious parts (listed in your picture) such as the Cerebellum, the Pituitary Gland and probably a bit of the frontal lobe.
