If another is under attack and he does not have the means to defend himself, of course you can help him.
You could organize local militia, or buy defence insurance, and have specialized companies in charge of securing different regions, with military tech and their own personnel.
anarchism does not mean no organizations.
I think no gun restrictions for citizens is the best protection a country has against foreign invaders.
