1) it's not a mosque where the van ran into people, it's an Islamic centre, I don't know where you guys have seen the phrase mosque but it isn't a mosque, it's more like a community hall for Muslims

2) The guy was drunk, motive wasn't directly known other than hearsay from witnesses who said the perpetrator was yelling racial slurs

3) he hasn't been convicted yet, but is being held on suspicion of murder and several other crimes, if its found he was drunk and wasn't racially motivated he will still get manslaughter charges
