If the planet consistently warms up, all that will do is open up more areas of the world to be able to grow coffee in. It can only be grown in warm areas. If global warming happens on any significant scale then we're going to have more coffee than we know what to do with, as long as there are still people who want to grow it.
It may get more expensive, but I doubt it'll"run out". More & more places are growing it, & well. There's some great fucking beans coming out of Mexico now, of all places.
