The people waving bits of paper around like Bill Nye don't think about the reality of it all.
He recently said it does not matter if Nigerians over populate because they just "burn a little charcoal" as if they are all grass skirt wearing mut hut people.
If this is what he means, then you burn this much charcoal, you pay the toll.
They have no connection to reality, just the potential of science.
