We must stabilise the population, divert manual ions to 3rd world countries, and keep the more "mental/educated" (if that makes sense) jobs, where each and everyone will save up for their own retirement, an where we don't need to have an always increasing population (and immigration) to may for the fucks that feel entitled to everything, a full retirement when they've worked 35 hours a week for 40 years when I'm bound to work for 60 (and sometimes more) hours a week for 60 years and not have a retirement paid by anybody!

Of course it's one massive change, it won't happen overnight, and requires an economic and social overhaul, but I believe it's the only way, in the long term, to have a stable situation.

It can't really be done at this point. It would require a complete overhaul of our entire society. Most families can't afford children and the family assistance programs are exploited by people who're too lazy to work, the jobs that could allow an individual to support a family are becoming harder to come by, and the legal system is so corrupt that many men are afraid of having kids because they've seen what a scorned woman can do to your life.
There's not just one thing you can do, you have multiple problems that need more time and effort to fix than what we have available.
