Were I incapacitated however (as the woman in the photo appears to be) I would throw the pizza away as I would have no idea of what had transpired between the time that I fell asleep and woke up, someone could have adulterated the pizza while I was out.

tl;dr - As a general rule I would eat the pizza and put my faith in the tenacity of my gut but not in this case.
