Just start with little things. I bought a safety razor for example which lead me to using a bath cloth for my face. They aren't really that inbred, they know about inbreeding and they know not to marry their cousins like the muslims do. But they had a small founding population so what ever rare diseases and disorders that where prevalent among the founders are more common among them then the general population.
