Sedevacantists afirm that since Vatican II (where Catholicism became an ecumenic religion that accepted all other forms of religion ,(protestantism, hinduism, judaism, islam, and so on), which by the way is not biblical to the slightest, there hasn't been a real Pope because he couldn't be a member of the church in the first place since you can't be a heretic and be part of the church at the same time. So many people think that the seat of the pope has been empty since that document was approved.

Don't forget that until that time, every Catholic was "anti-semitic" by definition, Jews were considered deicidals (killed Jesus) and heretics since they worship a false God (John 2:23).
