Most of the victims lived in those small villages near the blue road.
It's not very clear right now, but apparently there was some "communication mismanagement" between the different authorities present at the scene - no authorities blocked the road and/or extracted the villagers.
Those poor souls tried to escape on their own through the main blue road, but it was too late - low to none visibility, flames on both sides of the road, the smoke, the heat... some of the cars even crashed into each other. Only a couple of persons escaped that road in time.
Btw, due to the fire, cellphones didn't work too.

This fire wasn't even that big compared to other fires.
It was really mis-planning that caused people to go through that road at that time, the road had trees on both sides.

No one is missing, if the death total rises it's from the hospitalized people. The places where everyone died are no longer in flames, whole fire was put down.
Police investigators are already on scene picking up evidence.
