About proof of His existence, the thing is, God is not an asshole to shove such proof down your throat.You have to seek Him out and you will get proof.
There are many ways to do so. For example, you can do science: research the golden ratio, FIbbonacci number, the fine tuning of the universe for the existence of life, etc
Also pray to God and ask Him to give you a proof of His existence, even a supernatural one if that is what you genuinely want. Try to live a life without sin, pray to Him and humbly ask him to show you proof He exists (don't be an asshole and demand it, He is God after all). Ask for help from a priest who live a godly life, such person is spiritually advanced and can see things most folks can't (and perform exorcisms as well), such person can spiritually guide you to find God.

About the verse which mentions He will send to Hell those who don't believe in His son: guess what, the Jews were the ones who crucified Jesus, they hate Him and don't believe He is the son of God. In that verse God Himself threatened Jews (and those who follow the Jews in such Jewish beliefs) with eternal torment.

Dude, I believe in Jesus and The Word, but use common sense.
God created us flawed, not bad.
Bad implies we were evil, we weren't.
We were as I said innocent and pure, but we were flawed by our ability to be tempted. That alone that single word alone proves my point.
Temptation is a flaw in humans, humans were created with temptation inherently in us, we were tempted and we realized our flaw.
Therefore God created us flawed.
It even says it in the bible.

We were a little kid who got caught touching the stove and God gave us some tough parent love. That does not mean he does not love us any less, he was tough on us, he gave us a way to treat "that stove burn" through Christ. If God hates us or did not love us, he would not have created his son Jesus to save us.
Since God is all knowing, he knows the actions we will take and therefore he knew he created us flawed.
