Handel won because the state GOP diluted their resources among 15-20 candidates.

Was she the most charismatic, right wing candidate they could have offered? Probably not.

Ossof is likely a 1 or 2 termer. The Trumplican or a Tea Partier is gonna run hard for thise seat in 2018.

Also, it's Georgia. GOP has been winning on union busting and keep the minimum wage low in Red States. They win.
