Shot in the dark, does Google have any type of algorithm that shifts towards the content people most often search for?

I imagine the fervent desire for black people in the US to search for "black american inventors" or "black chessmasters" shifted the engine towards only showing what the majority of people are looking for in that category. There's no actual desire to search for "white inventors" because we're unequivocally the majority of them.

I dont trust google at all. The last straw was when they created a race baiting banner on the front page especially for my country inflaming politics. They are a fucking amerivan company they have no right to be antagonising social justice issues they know nothing about.
