It depends. There are 2 types of Hispanics; Mestizo and those of southern European decent. For the Mestizo it is wrong to race mix. But not the ones of European decent.

Cuba wasn't colonized in the same way the other latin american countries were. They had a large black slave population but the colonists didn't racemix with the natives in cuba, just sort of killed them off. So the cuban non-blacks are closer to Spaniards.

Anyway latin america doesn't have the same autistic race shit the US does

Spanish decendents are legit.
Portuguese, are pretty shit skin tier.
