There's a few things wrong with this.
1: You're not cruising with your engines at the redline. The cruising speed of an airliner isn't the maximum speed the engines can propel it to.
2: If you go into a dive in a heavy plane with the engines redlined, you're going to have gravity helping you accelerate along with the engines, which could give you the required energy to reach 560 knots at sea level.
