I 've actually had a conversation with a black friend about this... he told me that 95% of them are just plain retarded. It has to do a lot with culture and somewhat with genetics as well... He was honest and told me a lot of them have an inferiority complex. I honestly think they'd do better if they had their own nations without islam and if they put the hate behind them and actually focused on developing... maybe... just maybe they could develop their own successful nation for the first time in history.
