Women will typically take the path of least resistance to gain social cohesion in their respective unit. That way they can survive in many different tribes and usually suffer from Stockholm more than men.

They like cohesion and kindness - conflict is typically not their tea. This makes them especially passive in the face of evil, especially when everyone seems to be going along with it.
