Cold turkey. There are times when I see a beautiful woman and want that Internet fap but so far so good.

However, I still masterbate because I've heard it's a healthy way of prostate cancer prevention. Is masterbating without exposure to pornography still detrimental to your psyche?

If you can limit yourself to twice a week then that's A-OK

If it's every two days, every day, or Gods forbid multiple times every single day then you have a problem

But it's better to just not fap at all, period. The "risk" of cancer is so minimal that it's essentially negligible.
