All hate crime laws are bullshit because they automatically give people more rights over others for no apparent reason. For instance, if you got in a street fight with a tranny instead of just a regular guy, the circumstances would become much different.

Also, if I am an employer and Todd suddenly decides to become Cindy and wear little girl clothes to work, I can't fire him for it.

Also, men are now allowed into women's changerooms. The problems are obvious there.
