A good strategy is to start bombarding yourself with positivity. What sort? Whatever works for you. Japanese childrens cartoons work pretty well for me. I also listen to a lot of kids music. Happy cheerful positive. You can't unsee or unlearn, and the weight of it will be with you likely until you die. Trying to get rid of that weight is futile. Counter balance it however, and you'll be back to a nice comfortable center, even though you're fully aware that there is an elite cabal of Satanists that deals in humans for their sacrifice rituals running the world into the ground because they want to leave humanity behind and become super advanced cyborg things, or whatever it is. I'm strengthening my mathematical skillz right now. Then I'll move on to algos and DS(and many more things). Basically taking the computer scientist route. Cybersecurity is one of the major things that I want to master. I already have most of all the books I need to study.
Now, online, when I've got enough knowledge about cyber security, I'll probably open up a /pol/'s private army general here, to carry out real world operations to help out /pol/. Either that or I'll join the anons at 4+4ch and help them. I'm also trying to compile various redpills creating a database of them but so far the progress is negligent. This would widely help me in debates and redpilling the masses.
Sure I sound like an angsty, naive teenager, but believe me, I'm trying my best to bring a real world change. Jordan Peterson says that, to bring a positive change in the society, one must sort himself out....that's what I'm trying to do.
