Will nofap fix my problem?

Nah, but at least cut out the porn, and don't fap when ever you get horny. Leave some proper time in-between.. Like two days or more.

No its just a gimmick to make you have nocturnal emissions. I mean i guess its good that you are changing you sheets so its not all bad.
After you've sorted yourself out in other aspects nofap will come to you on its own. I started by lifting and eating healthier (water before and after bedtime and at every meal and protein at most meals while cut back on soda and sugar intake if no protein available atleast some milk) and if I got urge to fap channel that into lifting even more. Hope that helps from one anon to another

Nofap can't cure AIDS.
Nofap is a meme. If you're a stupid monkey that intends to fix his problems, but masturbation honestly hinders you, it might help. If you don't intend to fix your problems and just want something to magically fix it(like ceasing masturbation) then it won't do anything.

Also, this.
One of the mistakes people make in their thinking when dealing with a problem is that there's 1 cause to it. 1 magic bullet that can solve it, and nothing is further from the truth.
To give you an analogy.
Let's say you're a heroin addict.
>how do I solve it?
>Well that's easy! Quit heroin!
While the end goal is correct, that fails to identify the other causes for why you're a junkie. You have to discover WHY and HOW you got to that place before truly quitting otherwise you'll simply end up torturing yourself (quitting any addiction isn't pretty) for no reason and you have an incredibly high chance of relapse.
Think of heroin in this case as the bullet that goes through your skull. You don't see the gun that fired, the hand that pulled the trigger, or the person who would do it - you just address the bullet.
That's the hard reality of any sort of legitimate form of therapy:
>there's never 1 problem to deal with, there's a whole architecture that leads, to ultimate that worst problem but it's a tip of the ice-berg situation.
The great news is you can overcome it if you're realistic about the fact that the only way do level a mountain is to chip away at it patiently and constantly.
