Weak men complain about their rights. Strong men impose duties upon themselves.
Liberals complain about their "rights." They complain about their "rights" being infringed - their "right" to education or "right" to healthcare. Rights are useful, so long as the concept of right is limited. Once we extent rights beyond their intended scope, our society turns into ruins. We turn into an entitled people. The growth of rights is the reason why we have such a vast governmental welfare State. The welfare State is simply entitlement. It's why we have extended rights to certain groups to whom the Founders never sought to extend rights.
What does the Traditionalist do? Of course, he imposes duties (responsibilities) on himself. He does not complain about not having rent money. He imposes on himself a duty to get this month's rent and he gets it! He does not complain about women. He goes out a gets a well-behaved, decent woman. This is what a Traditionalist does. This is what a man does. Impose responsibilities on yourselves, and stop complaining. Make a plan. Execute that plan. Start with yourself, and then with others. Moreover, duties give you MEANING. Without duties, you sit in your room and jerk off to anime porn.

tl;dr: Impose duties (responsibilities) on yourself, because it's the manly thing to do.

Right are fine right up until they impose responsibilities on others.
ie everyone has a right to food but this means that a farmer is required to work for no reimbursement.
