If all welfare programs were taken off of the table, and put aside.
Lets say a Republican ran on a platform of:
"Any aid / entitlement / benefit program offered by Democrats I will match, and on top of that give a basic income of about 10-15 bucks a day to everyone not in prison who is here legally..."
Then absolutely every other thing this theoretical politician does is hardcore republican values.
How much of the black vote would this guy rake in?

Not much more. Nigs vote the way their "leaders" tell them, and as long as Sharpton, Maxine Waters, et al remain Democrat grifters.
