The one near me that's a "fema" camp is in the process of becoming a place for homes now. I don't know about anything else.

I've heard some spoopy stories about thermal caskets and massive munition stocks by FEMA.

Apparently some believe they will be the gooberments first line of defense in the not so likely case of civil war.
