I know it's getting rid of obama care but is it still keeping the rule on pre-existing conditions?

Nobody really knows whats in the senate bill, its very secretive, but its expected to be a bit less conservative than the house bill, but not much less, since it needs to save a certain amount of money to avoid 60 votes
