I don't necessarily believe poverty is a direct and deciding factor in having large families. IQ and culture play just as important roles. For example Donald Trump has 5 or so kids because he can and he's rich enough to support them. Where as a couple who has to work full time to scrap by isn't really making a family their top priority. On the other end of the spectrum you have your sub 80 IQ Sub Saharan Africans running around eating,killing and fucking whatever they like and or can so your going to end up with a completely different culture and family unit.
