No not really, disease unintentionally did most of the work. Most Natives died due to being exposed to foreign diseases. The
Natives didn't even have any concept of private ownership so there was nothing "stolen" in any legal sense, but whites couldn't keep to their own law anyway. Just look up the Northwest Ordinance, it included language calling for peaceful relations with Indians but was violated with the (undeclared by Congress and therefore illegal as most wars in our history are) Northwest Indian War as well as how Andrew Jackson ignored the Supreme Court when they ruled Georgia's Indian laws unconstitutional.
