All white countries united under one flag, and one ruler. The government is based off the american government, but each previous country has the rights of a state. The previous countries all send representatives to a senate of sorts, the senate then chooses one of their own to become essentially dictator for a certain period of time. There would need to be a bunch of measures in place so there is not the current problem with political parties, or career politicians, such as term limits for these "senators". It should be emphasized that becoming a politician is simply a civic virtue, that you are doing it not because you want to, but rather that your peers feel you need to.

The plans for what they would be doing is essentially forming natsoc economy, and restructuring the education system. Innovation and that sort needs to be of utmost priority, programs where they well essentially throw money at genius' will be plentiful. Something like they submit their ideas over the internet, and request funding, this isn't too well thought out, but the broader strokes are my thinking.

On the global scale, Africa will receive the same treatment as the American Indians, Sub saharan Africa will be completely colonized, Africans will be relocated to reservations by force, and they will receive the gibsmedats that they have always wanted. They will also receive a sterilization shot. I am unsure about other geopolitical events, but chances are China will try to create a ruckus, and they will be our number one target, them and India. We will likely have to reclaim a bunch of land from the arabs, just enough to build a wall, for now.

Or they can pursue a career, starting up a business, etc

One reason why I mentioned citizens was for concerns about immigration. Strict immigration is obviously needed, we can't have immigrants like the current health tourists. It's hardly realistic as there are plenty of flaws and questions as the posters above pointed out. Who will pay for it? Taxing companies will just make them move to another country. Plus I guarantee if people do not have to work, they won't, leaving a major labour shortage. This "utopia" can't happen until many inventions happen at least, robotic/automation for businesses, cheap and reliable energy like fusion for power, etc. Plus, idle people get bored. bored people get irritable. irritable people cause mayhem, not great for civil order. We need something to keep people occupied, even if they are NEETs. Bread and circuses; a problem leaders faced since the days of Rome.

On the 18th or 21st birthday the state makes you swear an allegiance to the founding principles of said country. but only things that absolutely cannot be violated or disputed in the different societies:
Ex:
Capitalist country believes in free speech.

Anarchists believe in no government
Technocrats believe in technology bringing the best decisions


if you do not adhere to the founding principles of said country you are immediately given deportation to the country with the political ideology of your choice.

However you can only do this one time to displace the cost burden on the system

Those born in the capitalist state who turn out to be communist can be given to the communist state. The capitalists born in communist countries given to capitalist states. Anarchists born in either can go to a different state. etc.


This would require a mass understanding between all states to respect the rule of giving citizens over to the respective ideologies and allowing them to follow them as long as they are not engaging in violence in which case all states have the moral obligation to obliterate the state government that refuses to follow its laws and charter,
Any others who wish to create new states can do so at the approval of all states seceding some amount of territory to try a new ideology

Basically a planet full of experiments that allows for different political systems to be tested to their best fullest and brightest potential without any insider or outsider influence
