So I've lived in the same apartment complex for the past few years, saving up money to grab a house on the cheap when the market tanks again. Decent place. Quiet, mostly retirees and well behaved neighbors. The only time flashing lights happen is when one of the old folks pass on.
A couple months ago, one of the landlord's granddaughters started working the front desk after having graduated college. I notice tenant events like "Taco Tuesday" and "Polish Night" have disappeared. No big deal, I never attended anyways. Started noticing sporadic loud music from the other side of the complex every now and then. Again, no big deal. This last start of the month, I see two vans full of niggers loading shit into a nearby apartment. Same story on almost every row of apartments. Guess who got put in charge of reviewing tenant applications? Now we've got bands of niggers hanging around their porches all hours of the day. Cops stop in at least once a week. At least my lease is up in a couple months so I don't have to break it.
