Pregnancy is a risk for employers, wether feminists like it or not.
Hiring a woman is like buying a machine that might stop working for months without notice.
As always, these feel-good, pro equality bullshit ideas are pushed, somewhat ironically by big companies, since they are the ones who can afford to comply with laws and regulations trying to impose them.
A woman's work is objectively worth less than a man's work. Not because of the quality of it but because there's a risk associated with hiring a woman (pregnancy).
Paternity leave laws are making this thread obsolete but at the same time making men as unproductive/risky to hire as women.

Women make terrible employees 99% of the time and should be heavily discriminated against. I say this as a woman who is going to scam her employer for maternity leave with no intention of returning to work.
