Are millennials really lazy? Or is the economy fucked?
Both

Both. Keep in mind that almost nothing is actually crashing in terms of labor demand.
We added 40 million people that are not needed.

Why are they lazy you might ask? Is it because you created a shitty system to live in..
Every bad thing can be traced to the invention of the internet.

pretty much this
MAYBE it means people need to work less due to technology doing all the heavy work for us? Gee, I don't know
Millennials aren't lazy, well some are entitled shits, but we're awake. We don't take kindly to being exploited for cheap labor. We'll work hard but not without fair compensation. We see the system trying to pull a fast one on us so we check out. Then they import poos because they'll work for nearly half of what we will at nearly twice the hours despite everyone agreeing they're shitty engineers, but money talks more than quality of product, and employers having absolute dominance over their workforce is more advantageous than having to deal with whites that they can't threaten with deportation.

IDK with the amount of worthless people getting nigger dance study degrees or sociology shit, it seems pretty obvious they aren't aiming high in life.
On top of that everyone's trying to be a shitty e celeb or begging for money on patreon rather than something useful, making them even more worthless.

You realize there are a huge number of boomers compared to millennials and boomers are retiring every day. It's not like there is 1 person to take the job of every 1 retiree.
Not to mention we've lost plenty of labor intensive jobs and are far more service oriented which doesn't require as much and based on your statistics we're we've gotten better at doing the job despite working the number of labor hours.
How is this possible? People simply switched jobs?
