Yeah... that Tweet makes no sense at all. It's actually rather bad. Did he just tell everybody that he is under investigation? And is he saying he fired Comey because somebody else told him to do it? I support him using Twitter to reach around the media and talk directly to the people, but that Tweet was pretty bad.
