I don't mean "conquered" the way we kind of did for hundreds of years, with colonization, I'm talking about outright genocide (god forbid, I don't hold these thoughts), US style, leaving no African at all, or almost, and then expanding throughout the whole continent.
What would the current state of the world be, if we did this, let's say, in the XVII century?
