RESEARCH MORE ABOUT FUCKING VOTING SYSTEMS

If you think using electoral voting instead of popular vote is the REAL problem here, and not the use of plurality system, you are really wrong.

Plularity and two round system are too shit voting systems that make elections irrelevant and I would make the worst candidate (in my opinion) win once, if I could trade that for this kind of election system (at, presidential, governor and mayor election).

1-People pick between 0 and 9 candidates.
2-The top 9 most voted go to second round.
3.1-If there are less than 9 candidates, you can go automatically to second round
4-There is some decent amount of time between the first and second round, to let those 9 candidates talk and discuss
5-At second round you must give an score between 1 and 10 to all candidates, and the one with the best mean average.
5.1-Your vote is not valid if you dont give an score to all 9 candidates


At an country with electoral voting this would work in a different way

1-At each state each people can pick between 0 and 9 candidates
2-The top 9 most voted go to second round of the state.
3-Electoral votes vote at the top 9 of their state.
4-The top 9 candidates (by electoral votes) go to second round
5-At second round people give score to those 9 candidates (they must give a vote to all or their vote is not valid) between 1 and 10.
6-Electoral voters give the average of the score the candidate had at their state as the candidate score.
7-The final average of each candidate is found and the winner is found
