I know this sounds dumb but I actually want season 2 to happen.

The gender episode actually made 2 die hard liberals in my family (one of them my younger sister) question their entire ideology and since they knew I was on the opposite side of the spectrum, they came to me asking questions about it leading to EASY redpills to drop.

Since then have both become active church goers again and have pretty much had their political compasses greatly turned in the opposite direction.

Bill Nye's show unironically redpilled two of the most die hard libs in my family and judging from the comments of that video, it seems to be having the same effect on others as well.

It was likely very cheap to produce because the production value was super fucking low. Netflix is trying to fill out a roster of shows and don't care is a mediocre show like Bill Nye spends such a tiny amount of budget for a few hours of content. Plenty of terrible shows survive on shoestring budgets because networks like to fill their timeslots with new shows.

They don't want Netflix to be reruns of heaps of other networks shows. They want to essentially be the monopoly on the new television and film market. That being said I hope Amazon starts actually getting some traction with their services because the prime has twitch and their own netflix thing, they just have fuck all shows that I know of.

The problem with this place is not enough of you go outside. I've had friends unironically tell me they loved this show. Women tend to like it more as well. If you exist in this echo chamber and no where else you will become detached from real public opinion.
