Strict scholastic and achievement based standards for acceptance with a defunding of race based government aid and scholarships so niggers don't represent guaranteed free government money.

Honestly, the only thing that needs to be done is cracking down on student visa violators. Coming to America as a college student is the rich man's way to illegally immigrate and they usually get fast tracked to citizenship, too.
