Also, a we wuz Romans LARPer has no place talking about how "Barbarians" dealt with the problem of homosexuality, whether the Roman assessment was accurate or not, considering even in the quote he references represents Roman homosexuality as being commonplace, and contains the historian judging certain boys as more beautiful than other boys. It seems like the ancient world in all actuality might have been kinda gay (still way far away from the extent it is today though).
