I'm struggling to find an inherent flaw within the ideology. It seems moreso the problem is

The only inherent problem is that lack of required assimilation of said immigrants. You need to speak English or else everyone has to fucking accommodate you. You need to have compatible (but not necessarily the same) values and ideas as the place you are immigrating to. For example, most rich Hispanics have English speaking spawn that due just fine in the US. An example that doesn't assimilate but is a peaceful and harmonious inclusion: Amish, who live quietly amongst themselves and even can do carpentry and other skills for us as requested.
So what's wrong with NatCiv? I'm not getting it. Westernized minorities function just fine and have comparably better intelligence than their non assimilated counterparts.

Also is the mixed race meme a problem in NatCiv places? Does it destroy white people? If race mixing wasn't anti white propaganda it's fine as a personal choice, not when it's being shilled, just as an acceptable personal descion and not applauded for being "cultured" or degraded for "marrying below your race or status or settling for less or race traitor bs" etc

Because, the anti white retoric has grown so strong and has such deep roots that it wont go away if we stuck with civic. Look at studies, diversity, assimilated or not, always worsens efficiency of work, happiness, and quite frankly makes people keep to themselves more and not get involved in a community.
Blacks in europe are just as shit as those here in America thus proving their genetic inclination to certain behavior. Same for the various asians in other asian country though to a much less violent extent.

That's true, but doesn't address the problem. If the current democrats/leftists were closer to the right side of the spectrum, or if the country as a whole was more leftist and the right wingers were closer to the center, so long as it was western and there were no cultural marxists it could work. Nothing wrong with differing views but socialists aren't compatible with the way America was founded
