Translation of page 1:
1. "The commanders of the regiments and battalions as well as branches want to put the highest regard on the presentation of "Führer", "Unterführer" and men of their unit.
I forbid the wearing of any italian uniform pieces, shirts, underwar and pants
2. Plundering and Looting:
The messages about incidents of plundering and looting reached a scary amount.
I command the following:
Every taking-away of citizen items from shops, homes and single persons is looting and forbidden.
It is UN-GERMAN and therefor against the honor of every SS-man, to take civilian items for him or his family without paying for it.
For example: wathes, radios, female clothing and all the othe personal items.
It is also forbidden to take civilian items for your own unit. (lawless looting). It's only allowed to take items from military bases and other military items from military bases. F.e.: shirts, socks, sheets, boots, rations etc.
The taking of such items has to be made by the Führer of your unit who is therefor responsible for the choices.
Therefor i command:
>a. Every Unit-Leader is responsible for following the most strict taking of military items (MStGB, §128 and § 129)
>b. Every unlawful violation of ownership and looting will be judged by the SS-Court with the hardest punishment possible.
>c. Every unlawful looting until now of civilian enemy loot have to be reported until the 16th september 1943 and given back. This means the loot has to be given back to the rightful owners and reported to the italian police.
Whoever doesn't do this, will have lost any kind of mercy.
>d. All the known cases of looting in Italy have to be pursuit by the Unit-Leader and presented to the field-court.
if a Unit-Leader misses to inform the field court, he will be put infront of the field court himself.
