That said, mussels are delicious. Clams and oysters are pretty good too.

I accidentally eat vegan due to losing half my colon to cancer. Lactose, too much meat and grease fuck me up now.

Any idea how to keep my vitamin b12 up? it keeps dropping on me.

B12 is one of the easier things to get through supplements IIRC. Take enough so you piss looks like ectoglow and you're better than otherwise.
