Whites when they have their balls attached are far better because they actually build society. Japan prior to WW2 was about to collapse and was rebuilt by the west.

They have the capacity, but not the framework, to build a modern Enlightenment society. They're really big on groupthink and subservience, and that tends to be where they struggle with the West.

Historically though, they were the world's main economic driver until about the 1700 when they couldn't keep up with the Industrial Revolution because of court politics. Hopefully they figure it out someday, I have no beef with their culture.
