/gwg/ George Webb general

I haven't been keeping up regularly since the thumbdrive fiasco but here is a qrd as I understand it:

Also, the Coast Guard says that one individual has been detained for questioning, but AFAWK it's not Webb, who as I mentioned is supposed to be locked up in "Zanesville" Ohio.

Oh and then also some guy claiming to be George's brother, calling himself Dave Acton, has sprung up, claiming that George is schizo and that he has shamed his family. This is, I guess, in addition to his other relative (I thought he was a brother) who works for the NSA. (Nick Sweiggert, maybe?)
