Yeah no, clearly he doesn't know how decadent and degenerate the Islamic world is in many ways. Their fanatics are no different than any of the elite fighting teams in the west, if they had a fascist leader who could convince them that they are the only ones that could solve the west's problems there is no reason you couldn't have million man armies restoring order by dealing with the leftist problem in a similar way ISIS deals with infidels. Compare that with the paltry numbers of Jihadists in the middle east who are likely less than a million in total.

Also you can't "win" if you're low IQ and have nothing to your civilization but religion. This leaves your civilization vulnerable in anything that advances, but it also means you're ineffective in terms of combat.

Carlin is just the eternal cynic which is fine as these people are the ones who look for things no one else is looking for, but in saying that, he is flat out wrong, the middle east could be destroyed tomorrow if there was a will, the same cannot be said for the west.

Basically he took a truth about demographics mattering and stretched it, for Islam to "win" you'd need 1000+ years AND EVERYTHING to go right for them, variables are in the millions. For the west to crush Islam you need a paradigm shift and the will, variables are a few.
