Is fascism possible in a post-ethnic society such as the United States?
As a worker and a traditionalist, I find many common grounds with the historical tenets of fascism.
That said, as a student of history and reality, to claim that the United States is or ever has been in total a branch of the Anglo-Saxon ethnic line is foolish and problematic.
That said, clearly race is valuable. The United States operates as an extension of the traditions of the Anglo-Saxon cultural and political discourse, applied to a commonality of multiple races and people groups.
While homogeneous societies are ideal, in some cases, the damage has been done.
Is it possible to uphold the values of social hierarchy, traditionalism, national pride, and identity in a society in which no ethnic majority is apparent?
Can the upper echelons of each racial unit cooperate in a civic sense to achieve the fascist goal, recognizing their mutual inheritance of the traditions of a superior race?

No.
There is no such thing as a "post-ethnic society", whatever the hell that means. What happens when you reach a stage where there is no racial majority dominating the political theater of a country, unless said country is being propped up by a foreign power, is balkanization as people of different races have wildly different preferences when it comes to governance. And fascism is a white ideology.
