No, we don't use any form of Marxist doctrine in national socialist doctrine. Socialist means that "The People, Our Blood will be taken care of". At first glance it seems like National Socialists would be advocating for state sponsored healthcare and an incredibly centrally planned economy, but that's not the case. National Socialists are centrist in all aspects of a Nations economy, and they choose the policies based on how good they are for the people. National Socialist Germany had many radical policies when the NSDAP first came to power, they chose the authoritarian system because it was necessary for the time, no where in National Socialist doctrine does it say that every NatSoc country must be a dictatorship. In fact, a former Military Commander and National Socialist in the United States named George Lincoln Rockwell wanted NatSoc for the US, but wanted to preserve the republic and only change few amendments along with some other things, and he himself thought that Authoritarianism was necessary for Germany at the time since they were in such a crisis. The German economy for the first years the NSDAP was in power was centrally planned, but as things progressed many industries were privatized, and before the war germany was planning to go more free market with its economy.

So in short what I'm is that if a free market, health care system that was similair to the lodge system that American and Britain had in the early 1900's was what would ensure healthcare for the nation the best, then the NatSoc government would use that option. If a fully state sponsored system were a better alternative, then they would choose that. National Socialism is a philosophy and can be thought of as "Alternative Centrism" in many senses
