Right now im a lolbertain right wing capitalist, but i've also been thinking, and prove me wrong if you can, but the only reason communism/socialism doesn't work is because humans are shitty and imperfect, hence why the profit motive is the best thing we have, but if the ENTIRE work force was bots and AI then would socialism be achievable? There would be no humans to fuck it like every other time in history.

The only way communism can work is in the cemitery
when everyone is dead and can't say shit
Start with yourself OP!
>>129980364
>humans not fucking with shit
good luck with that.
also good luck with this raid.

waiting for the raid desu

not an argument
im talking about if humans aren't involved in the labor at all, right now as they are capitalism is the best solution, and communism is total shit, but as humans are moved out of the work force, and eventually humans are not in the work force, i don't see how a capitalist economy could work?
holy shit op are you retarded? economies based on inherently selfish free trade are entirely necessary to determine what and how much needs to be produced.
The reason communism fails usually isnt that the workers dont work, its that a board of bureucrats cant determine what goods society needs just by thinking real hard. Soviets were churning out millions of AK's while they needed to be working in the fields, because their central planners believed defense was more important that what they considered surplus food. Turns out they underestimated how much food they needed, and massive amounts of people starve.
even if you have fully automated industry you need a market economy. you need prices and you need people taking advantage of those prices and balancing supply with demand. How the fuck can you call yourself a capitalist? pic related, i think its you.

>implybing that the government wouldn't be run by AI who are magnitudes of order at resource management then humans
But lets assume that is unrealistic for the sake of argument
If all jobs are fully automated, then the working class will be unemployable by no fault of anyone
Some sort of socialist policy like universal basic income or something would have to exits right? Or else people have no way of getting income.
But i agree, a automated economy and a human ran government would be disastrous

Never has,
Never will.
>>129980364
no
>>129980364
a real libertarian would recognize that the reason communism is terrible is because it violates property rights. shill.
>>129983385
Nor has Fascism
>>129983465
Never said commuism/socialism is moral, just said it would work. Its not like the moral argument would matter if people didn't have a job because of full automation
>>129984071
who creates the robots? There will never be full automation.

Bissness owners and people looking to replace human labor, one of there highest costs
Economy's are driven by the profit motive, if they know that there is a profit to be had by investing in AI automation, they will invest in them. not only because they will become better then humans, but also because they don't have to be paid a wage, or given health care. While this may seem like an unlikely futurist pipe dream, there are already many feilds that will be replace by bots very soon, Example, the occupation that employs the most Americans is transportation, a VERY simple occupation to automate(and one that will be automated soon). Its not unrealistic to think that people will be unemployable in our life times due to economic innovation
Basically, capitalism will have been so effected that it will drive humans out of the work force by means of innovation

>ENTIRE work force was bots and AI
yeah nice sci fi movie fantasy but thats never happening. Work hard = earn more money is such a substantial part of nearly every human beings life that taking away the value of money and reward from everyone would be impossible. Communism failed a long time ago when people started to look over the other side of the wall and see that the grass was greener. You can call it selfishness all you want, but humans strive to improve their lives not reduce it.
