Educated jobs are drying up since every single kid is pushed through to university including the girls. Where I live we have a very large tech hub that rivals silicon valley. The average age of a trades man is 50+. What happens when you have an aging population close to retirement, constant demand for critical infrastructure services, and no one replacing the old?
