The only way capitalism works is when the rich invest their money back into the economy and communities.

Instead they hoard it, enabling them to make even more money because it takes money to get money.

They do invest it. When they put their money in a bank, the bank lends it out to people to buy cars, houses, production machinery, etc. They receive dividends and interest as incentive to invest. This is the meaning of investment. You aren't very intelligent, which is why your definition of investing is apparently paying low IQ people like yourself to breed. What return does the guy with money get for putting his money into that investment?
